NATIONAL ASSOCIATIONS
On recommendation of the Growth Promotion Sustainability Committee (GPS), the International Executive Committee (IEC) has approved the upgrade of CISV Ivory Coast to Category D and CISV Mongolia to Category E Association status. The changes are reflected in Info File C-15 on Resources.

INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE POSITIONS
The new Public Relations Committee (PRC) is responsible for developing and supporting regional networks of people involved in profile-raising in NAs and Chapters. PRC is looking for:
Four Regional Advisers for Europe North, Europe South, Americas and Asia Pacific (the post in Europe South is filled). These important new positions will suit people with the confidence to share their experience in fundraising, marketing, public relations or communications by offering support, training and advice to others.
We welcome applications from all suitably experienced and committed individuals for these positions of responsibility. For details of the work of the committee, position profiles and application information, click here.
The deadline for applications is: 10 October
PROGRAMMES
Notes on PDPEFs, Address Lists and Pre-Camps
PDPEFs and Address Lists are due at the IO within two weeks after the end of the Programme.
Activity Managers in all Programmes can export Address Lists directly from Friends. However,
IO Update
unless everyone has claimed participation, the Staff must complete the Address List manually.
The Address Lists must include address and date
of birth of everyone in the Programme (and Chapter
Support, Home Stay and Kitchen Staff if listed).
To avoid exceedingly large documents, please remember that size-limit for Pre-Camps is 500kb.
To make it easier for NA Secretaries to forward Pre-Camps within their NAs, remember to include the Reference Code (e.g. X-2010-01) in the Pre-Camp.

ACTIVITY MANAGERS
Austria has changed dates for Y-2011-02 in Graz. The new dates are 9 – 23 July 2011.
2010 ACTIVITY MANAGERS
Sweden has changed dates for S-2011-17 in Mölndal. The new dates are 24 Jul – 13 Aug 2011.
Make sure that all Programme Directors, Staff and Interchange Leaders claim participation on Friends in their 2010 Programmes so that they can be upgraded to Activity Managers.
USA has changed dates for V-2011-56 in Washington. The new dates are 24 Jun – 21 Jul 2011.
We need Activity Managers for the following Dec-Jan Summer Camps. When your Staff have claimed participation, please ask them to inform the IO so that we can upgrade them.
Germany has changed dates for P-2011-03 in Wiesbaden. The new dates are 5 – 21 July 2011.
The dates for Y-2010-10 in Germany have been corrected: The dates are: 27 Dec '11 – 3 Jan '12

Please remember that everyone who participates in a CISV Programme should register on the Friends website and claim participation in their Activity.

From sending NAs all leaders, JCs and participants need to register on Friends and claim participation in their Activity.

The Activity Managers can then approve the claims from their participants.
